
The quality we bring to our clients environment begins long before they see our security guards. Our officers at RMSA has resolved to make the recruitment and training of our personnel the key to our success; in that, we conduct hiring initiatives on a regular basis with over 50 new applicants per month, and with an average of 3 new appointees. Most applicants are unable to meet our qualifications. This is due to the strict and tedious process of screening applicants by Mr. Kabigting, who is also currently the HR Manager of the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA).
