Red Mane Security Agency aka RMSA has provided clients with certified, licensed, insured, and bonded Security Guards for over 4 solid years. Each Security Professional is screened to exceed the standards of PADPAO.

1. Our pre-employment background investigations far exceed that of most other security agencies. Furthermore, our personnel all submit to a battery of aptitude tests, drug screening and extensive in-service training regarding security, bomb awareness, and defensive tactics. Prior to a commencement of investment with RMSA, we will provide you with a full profile shot of our company's policy and procedures manual.

2. RMSA offers our clients, free of charge, supervisory personnel to ensure strict adherence to our general orders and their rules, regulations, and ordinances. RMSA supervisors are utilized as liaison between RMSA and our clients. Supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for our client's convenience and will regularly make spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency. It is our belief that in order to assure the best quality of service that we stand by, we must keep close relationships with our personnel both on and off duty.

3. At RMSA, all of our security guards will be equipped with two-way radios or equivalent to ensure constant communication with our management team.

4. At RMSA we update every security guard regularly regarding our client's site and expectations for specific site enhancements in the protection we provide.

RMSA has taken a unique approach to the business of contract security. Many of our competitors employ minimally screened and trained guards but RMSA believes that screening is of utmost importance. The size of an agency does not matter, what matters is the quality of its manpower and services. A glaring example of this is the recent capture of an Abu Sayyaf terrorist which was employed as a security guard by a prestigious security agency and was deployed in one of the prime building in Bonifacio Global City. Without the intensified manhunt of the police, this may have resulted in a serious breach of security and terrorism.

MANILA, Philippines - Joint police and military operatives arrested yesterday a suspected member of terror group Abu Sayyaf outside a Taguig City hotel where he was working as a security officer. Arrested was Imam Arabani Jakiran who was wanted for involvement in several high profile kidnappings and terrorist attacks in 2001 in Mindanao. He was nabbed in front of the Pacific Plaza Tower hotel on 4th Avenue, Global City, Taguig at around 6 a.m.

Our approach involves a proactive theory of well-groomed, exceptionally trained, uniformed security guards. Our strategy entails several steps to mitigate the possibility of terrorist activity and opportunity for theft of property or injury to persons within the facility.
