1. Our pre-employment background investigations far exceed that of most other security agencies. Furthermore, our personnel all submit to a battery of aptitude tests, drug screening and extensive in-service training regarding security, bomb awareness, and defensive tactics. Prior to a commencement of investment with RMSA, we will provide you with a full profile shot of our company's policy and procedures manual.

2. RMSA offers our clients, free of charge, supervisory personnel to ensure strict adherence to our general orders and their rules, regulations, and ordinances. RMSA supervisors are utilized as liaison between RMSA and our clients. Supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for our client's convenience and will regularly make spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency. It is our belief that in order to assure the best quality of service that we stand by, we must keep close relationships with our personnel both on and off duty.

3. At RMSA, all of our security guards will be equipped with two-way radios or equivalent to ensure constant communication with our management team.

4. At RMSA we update every security guard regularly regarding our client's site and expectations for specific site enhancements in the protection we provide.
